The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction for disposal of the application dated 17.11.2020 under Annexure-2 pending before the Estate Officer within a stipulated time.

This being the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.3 to dispose of Annexure-2 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner. 5.
