There is no representation through the competent authority before approaching this Court. In the circumstance, this Court finds, the Writ Petition is not entertainable at this stage. While dismissing the Writ Petition, this Court observes, dismissal of the Writ Petition shall not stand on the way of the Petitioner in making approach on the issue involved herein to the competent authority within a reasonable time.
