02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. R. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. D.K. Mohanty, learned ASC appearing for the Opp. Party/Contemnor.

3. This Contempt Petition has been filed challenging noncompliance of the order dtd.05.05.2014 passed by the learned Tribunal in O.A. No. 3318 of 2013.

4. Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the order passed by the learned Tribunal on 05.05.2014 was challenged before this Court in W.P.(C) No. 14718 of 2015 and this Court vide its Judgment dtd.06.05.2022 was pleased to dismiss the writ Petition filed at the instance of the State-Opp. Parties.

5. However, it is submitted that in spite of such dismissal of the writ Petition the order passed by the learned Tribunal on 05.05.2014 is yet to be complied with.

6. Taking into account the submissions made and in view of the fact that the writ Petition filed by the State-Opp. Parties has already been dismissed by this Court vide Judgment dtd.06.05.2022, this Court while disposing the Contempt Petition, allow two (2) months time to comply the order dt.05.05.2014 from the date of receipt of this order. If the order is not complied with within the aforesaid time period, adverse inference will be taken against the Opp. Party/Contemnor.
