The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking to quash the Charge Sheet dated 13.07.2016 under Annexure-4. In the meantime six years have passed and what is the present position is not known to learned Counsel for the Parties. 3.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the Petitioner to approach the authority concerned, if any cause of action still subsists.
