Instant I.A. is filed for modification of the order dated 14th December, 2022 passed in CRLMC No.3141 of 2022. 2.

For the reasons stated therein, I.A. stands allowed. 3.

Consequently, the direction issued in CRLMC No.3141 of 2022 shall be read as corresponding to C.T. Case No.810 of 2020 arising out of Lingaraj P.S. Case No.29 of 2020 and for the court of learned J.M.F.C., Bhubaneswar or any such court in seisin over the matter instead of "S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar" as it was ordered earlier. 4.

With the above modification, I.A. is disposed of. 5.

Rest part of the order dated 14th December, 2022 shall remain unaltered.

The I.A. is accordingly, disposed of.
