1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.

2. This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner for anticipatory bail for the offences under Sections 457/380 IPC.

3. Keeping in view the submission of the parties and having gone through the nature of allegations as emerged from the material on record and further the circumstances appearing, the seriousness and gravity of the offences, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrenders in connection with Balichandrapur P.S. Case No.347 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 1593 of 2022 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhole within a period of two weeks' hence and move for bail, they shall be released on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court with further conditions that they shall appear in person
