Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(i) To direct the Opposite Party Nos.2 and 3 to issue engagement letter in favour of the applicant with consequential benefit from the date of appointment given to the similarly situated persons.

(ii) And / or to quash the aforesaid guideline being unreasonable and discriminatory.

(iii) And / or to pass such other order / s as this Hon'ble Tribunal thins fit and proper in the greater interest of the applicant.

And for this act of kindness the applicants shall as in duty bound ever pray". 4.

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the Opp. Party No.2 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three weeks hence.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within

// 2 // the aforesaid period, the Opp. Party No.2 shall do well to take a lawful decision within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation. The order so passed by the Opp. Party No.2 be communicated to the petitioner. 6.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
