Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the following reliefs.

"(i) In view of the aforementioned facts stated in Paragraph-6, the applicant humbly prays that, this Hon'ble Tribunal may graciously be pleased to admit this Original Application, issue notices to the respondents and after hearing both sides, allow this application directing the respondents to consider the case of applicant to re-induct/ take back the applicant into service / post and treat the retirement period up to the age of 60 years as qualifying service for all purpose and pay salary, pension and gratuity for the said period with all consequential benefits.

(ii) And any other order / orders as the Hon'ble Court deem just and proper in the interest of justice".

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.1 seeking redressal of his grievance as made in the representation dated 14.01.2015 under Annexure-6 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
