This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to grant similar benefits by antedating the promotion of the petitioner to the cadre of Jr. SES w.e.f. 03.07.1987, as has been granted to similarly situated employees and to disburse the arrear salary w.e.f. 03.07.1987 to 02.01.1998 at par with T.G. scale of pay in the light of the benefits granted to other similarly situated persons vide Annexure-6, within a stipulated time.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-7 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time taking into consideration Annexure-6, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection. 4.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the opposite party no.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-7 taking into consideration Annexure-6, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
