1. 1. This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.

2. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 15.12.2021 after the Original Application was transferred upon abolition of the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack.

4. On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that notices were issued on 24.7.2015.

5. The Original Application was filed by the petitioner while the petitioner was aged about 57 years while working as Executive Engineer, Cuttack Municipal Corporation, Cuttack challenging the show-cause notice dated 28.2.2015 (Annexure-4) issued to the petitioner by the Government of Odisha, Works Department seeking his response as to why he shall not be dismissed from service after the judgment dated 11.7.2014 passed by the learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Jeypore in G.R. Case No. 27 of 2003(V).

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition.
