3. The petitioner is a responsive bidder to the e-auction notice dated 14th January, 2020 published in the daily "The Statesman", by the opposite party-Bank. It is stated by the petitioner that the petitioner bidded for a property in the e-auction portal as per the e-auction notice. After becoming successful in the bid, the petitioner contacted the Bank for getting the property identified and demarcated, but due to lack of response from the Bank, the petitioner could not take possession of the property and it is further alleged that the amount deposited by the petitioner has been forfeited by the Bank.

4. The petitioner in person has filed a memo for withdrawal of the writ petition dated 03.02.2022,

5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
