Heard learned Counsel for the Parties.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to regularize his disengagement period, i.e., from 29.03.2003 to 21.07.2012 with all financial benefit including promotion and all other benefit which has been granted to his counterpart employees.

In course of hearing, learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has already made representation before the Opposite Party No.4 vide Annexures-8, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time taking into consideration the judgment dated 19.04.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 6277 of 2014 and batch (Madan Chandra Nayak v. Principal Secretary to Government of Orissa in Ministry of Water Resources Department and others), to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party no.4 to consider the representation filed by the
Petitioner vide Annexures-8 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law taking into consideration the judgment dated 19.04.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 6277 of 2014 and batch (Madan Chandra Nayak v. Principal Secretary to Government of Orissa in Ministry of Water Resources Department and others) within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
