For the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, in spite of the disciplinary proceeding till the documents relied in the charges are communicated to the Petitioner and the Petitioner has been afforded with opportunity of written statement, the Disciplinary Authority has proceeded with the disciplinary proceeding and dismissed the Petitioner, is the subject matter of O.A.No.2025(C) of 2014 pending now. For the subsequent development and pendency of further litigation in the above Original Application, this Court finds, the present Petition is not entertainable any further and thus stands dismissed.
