The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction to the Opposite Party No.5, namely, President, Chhanua, Service Cooperative Society Limited, Sadar Block, Chhanua, Balasore to appoint the Petitioner as the Secretary of said Society. 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Rath, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to avail the remedy under Section 68 of the Odisha Cooperative Societies Act, 1962.

In view of such submission, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case of the Petitioner disposes of this writ petition as withdrawn.
