1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.
2. Having regard to the nature and gravity of the allegations appearing in the F.I.R. as well as the case record, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioners. However, as submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioners that the husband of the Petitioner No.2 - namely Rashmi Ranjan Jena has since been released on bail, the Petitioners so desires and surrenders within three weeks hence and move for bail, shall entertain their application for bail and dispose of the same considering the ground of parity.
3. The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
