1.This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.

2.None appears for the petitioner.

3. The petitioner has filed Original Application before the Orissa Administrative Tribunal seeking for direction to opposite party No.3 to publish the final merit list of the candidates of the respective category against the vacancy meant for said category. The said O.A. has been transferred to this Court post abolition of OAT.

4. Since the matter is pertaining to the year 2014 and the recruitment process has already been over, the cause of action raised in this writ petition must have lost its relevance. Hence, the same has become infructuous.

5. However, liberty may be granted to the petitioner to approach this Court afresh, if any cause of action survives.

7. In view of the above, the is disposed of granting liberty as aforesaid.

8. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
