The Original Application No. 287 of 2015 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAC) No. 287 of 2015.

Though the Petitioner was regularized for the post of Staff Nurse in the district of Cuttack, she has filed the writ petition for antedating seniority by regularizing her service with effect from the date when her juniors were regularized i.e., 16th May, 2011.

Learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal had issued notice to the Opposite Parties and directed for filing counter on 18th February, 2015.

On 14th September, 2022, Ms. Gitanjali Majhi, counsel for the Petitioner filed a memo seeking permission to withdraw the present writ petition.

When the matter is listed today, the said memo is taken on record.

In view of the said memo, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
