01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard Mr. B. Barik, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. M.K. Balabantaray, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Opp. Parties.
3. The present writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "i) Admit the original application.
ii) The respondents may kindly be directed to regularize the disengagement period of the applicant i.e. from 29.03.2003 to 21.07.2012 with all financial benefit including promotion and all other benefit which has been granted to his counterpart employee.
iii) And/or may kindly also grant any other relief and/or relief's which your Lordship think deem fit and proper for the benefit of the applicant."

4. It is submitted that the claim raised by the Petitioner in the present writ Petition has already been decided by this Court in its Judgment dtd.19.04.2022 in W.P.(C) No.6277 of 2014 and batch. Accordingly, it is submitted that necessary directions be issued to consider the Petitioner's claim in the light of the said Judgment.
5. Considering such submission made by learned counsel for the Petitioner the writ Petition is disposed of with a direction on O.P. No. 2 to take a decision on the Petitioner's claim basing on the order passed by this Court in its Judgment referred hereinabove. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order.
