Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that it is a third round of contempt against the contemnor. However, learned counsel for the State submits that the order passed by this Court dated 28.11.2019 in W.P.(C) No.14377 of 2015 has already been complied with by order dated 28.12.2021 of the Director, Higher Education. Learned counsel for the State has filed the copy of the Order No.53105 dated 28.12.2021 passed by the Director, Higher Education.

It appears from the aforesaid order of the Director, Higher Education, the authorities have already taken a decision in the matter. Accordingly direction issued by this Court has already been complied with.
