1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.
2. This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners for anticipatory bail for the offences under Sections 447/379/188/294/506/323/307/34 IPC.
3. Keeping in view the submission of the parties and having gone through the nature of allegations as emerged from the material on record and further the circumstances appearing, the seriousness and gravity of the offences, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrender in connection with Kamarda P.S. Case No.121 of 2020 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 832 of 2020 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Jaleswar within a period of two weeks' hence and move for bail, they shall be released on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court with further conditions that they shall appear in person before the court below
