3. The Petitioner has filed the present writ petition for the following relief.

"Under the above circumstances, it is therefore humbly prayed that the Hon'ble Tribunal be graciously pleased to set aside the order of rejection in respect of the applicant under Annexure-3 and direct the opp. parties to engage the applicant as PET on contractual basis in one of the vacancies available.

4. Since the process of selection has already been completed pursuant to the advertisement issued in 2014 and there is no interim order in favour of the petitioner, the prayer made in the writ petition cannot be allowed at present.
