This petition involves the following relief:- Order No.

In view of the facts mentioned above, the applicant prays for the following reliefs:- (i) The Hon'ble Tribunal graciously be pleased to direct the Respondents to consider the case of the applicant to absorb him as Night Watcher against existing vacancy under the Engineer-in-Chief, Rural Works-1, Orissa, Bhubaneswar considering F.D. Circular dt.15.5.1997 read with F.D. Department order dt. 8.8.1997 and 24.2.1998, AND (ii) Further be pleased to direct Respondents to give all service and financial benefits to the applicant considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, AND (iv) Further be pleased to pass any other order(s)/directions(s) as deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

Undisputedly petitioner has a pending representation vide Annexure-10 involving the application involved herein. In the circumstances this Court finds, filing of application involved is premature. However in the event there is no decision as of now on Annexure-10 by opposite party No.2, decision as appropriate be taken by opposite party No.2 taking into consideration the request in Annexure-10 as well as the pleadings and the documents taken support
