This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Order No 2.

Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Respondents be directed to fix the scale of pay of her husband be fixed w.e.f. 1.1.96, to give the differential arrears of pay from 1.1.1996 to 31.1.1997, to revise the pension and to disburse the differential amount of provisional pension from 1.2.1997 to 31.05.2003, to disburse the pension from 1.6.2003 to 31.1.2005, to revise the family pension and disburse the differential amount accrued thereon and to revise the DCRG amount and disburse the differential amount from the due date with 18% interest.

(ii) And in the alternative Respondent No.4 be directed to dispose of the representation under Annexure-6 by passing a reason order within a time stipulation". 4.

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 16.11.2015 under Annexure-6 to the Writ

// 2 // Petition before the opposite party No.4 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party no.4 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.4 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
