None appears for the Petitioner when the matter is taken up. Mr. Balabantary, learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties is present in Court.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- (i) Issue notice on the respondents.
(ii) After hearing, direct the respondents to pass appropriate order (s) absorbing the applicant in regular establishment from time the time he completed five years of continuous service till his retirement for the purpose of pension and pensionary benefits.
(iii) Further direct the respondents to compute and pay the applicant pension and other pensionary benefits on the basis of notional fixed of his pay in the regular establishment post by adding annual increments that would have fallen due and after taking into account various revisions of pay scale including the pay scale under Orissa Revised Scales of Pay Rules, 2008 with effect from 01.01.2006, which the applicant would have drawn at his time of retirement.
(iv) Pass such other order as it may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstance of the case".

It is submitted by Mr. Balabantaray, learned counsel for the State that the self-same relief, the Petitioner has approached the Opposite Party No.4 on 12.12.2014 under Annexure-4 and the same may be considered by the said authority. 5.
Considering the fact that for the self-same relief, Annexure-4 is pending, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.4 to take a decision on the same on its own merit in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of the certified copy of this order. 6.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
