This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioners have filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the Opposite Parties to regularize their services and further seek to quash the advertisement under Annexure-3 floated by Opposite Party No.5 for the same contractual post. They further seek direction to the Opposite Parties to fill up eight posts excluding seven posts in which the Petitioners are continuing.

Since the process of selection has already been over, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition. However, since the Petitioners have claimed for regularization of their service, it is open for them to approach the Authority concerned ventilating their grievance by filing representation. In such event, the representation of the Petitioners shall be considered by the Authority concerned by passing a reasoned and speaking Order, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of such

representation along with the certified copy of this Order. 4.

With the aforesaid liberty, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
