CORAM:

DR. JUSTICE B.R. SARANGI

ORDER

23.11.2022 Order No.

This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2.

The petitioner, who was working as Part Time teacher has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to accept his joining report and sanction her leave and release the arrear dues within a stipulated period.

3.

Mr. S. Rath, learned Additional Standing Counsel contended that since the petitioner was working as Part Time teacher, the question of accepting the joining report does not arise.

4.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and after going through the record, since the petitioner was working as a Part Time teacher, this court is not inclined to entertain the prayer made by the petitioner in this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate authority in accordance with law, if he is so advised.
