1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.

2. This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners for anticipatory bail for the offences under Sections 498A/294/323/506/34 IPC read with Section 4 of the D.P. Act.

3. Keeping in view the submission of the parties and having gone through the nature of allegations as emerged from the material on record and further the circumstances appearing, the seriousness and gravity of the offences, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrender in connection with Nilgiri P.S. Case No.302 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 469 of 2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Nilgiri within a period of two weeks' hence and move for bail, they shall be released on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court with further conditions that they shall appear in person before the court below

// 2 // on each date of posting of the case unless specifically exempted by the court concerned and subject to verification of the criminal antecedent, if any, against the Petitioners.
