The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 15th December, 2021 after the O.A. was transferred from the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition.

On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that notices were issued on 13.05.2015 and the matter was never taken up/pursued thereafter. 4.

The O.A. was filed by the petitioner in the year 2015 who had retired as Headmaster of Motanga Nodal U.P. School, Dhenkanal for re-fixation of his pay w.e.f. 08.12.2010 till the date of superannuation i.e. 30.04.2011.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the petition (O.A.), the matter has been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
