The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 16th August, 2021, after the original application was transferred from the learned State Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar upon its abolition.

On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the matter was never taken up after 05.02.2014.

It is submitted by Mr. Nath, learned counsel for the petitioner that he has instruction to appear after unfortunate demise of the learned counsel who was engaged earlier. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the O.A. was filed claiming age relaxation of upper age limit for selection to the post of Sub-Inspector of Police for the recruitment process initiated in the year 2013 to be conducted by the Orissa Staff Selection Commission-O.P. No.4, and long pendency

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of as not pressed.
