This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No.1201 of 2014 was filed before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OA) No.1201 of 2014.

Heard Mr. Pranaya Swain, learned counsel for the Petitioner Nos. 5 and 7 renumbered as Petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 respectively and Mr. L. Samantaray, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate. 4.

The Petitioners working as pump operators (Khalasi) have challenged the order dated 14.05.2014 passed by the Block Development Officer, Nayagarh whereby they are directed to be disengaged in view of Panchayati Raj Department letter No. 1101717-CFC-20-1001/PR, dtd. 12/04/2013. P.T.O.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that he has no up-to-date information in the matter. 6.

In view of the above, by efflux of time, no cause of action appears to have been survived.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioners to revive the petition within a period of ninety days from today, if cause of action still subsists. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
