1. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the parties have settled their disputes at the Mediation Centre. The report of Mediation dated 30th March, 2022 signed by the parties containing the agreement between them is taken on record and made part of this order. The parties are bound by the settlement and will abide by it.

2. In case of default, it will be open to the parties to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law. In view of this order, the arbitration proceedings will be treated as closed.
