01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State-Opp. Parties.

3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "In view of the facts stated above, the applicant pray for the following relief(s):- (I) to direct the respondents to provide Grade pay of Rs.4200/- to the applicant w.e.f. 1.1.2013 towards 2nd R.A.C.P. in modification of order dated 10.3.2014 as at Annexure-5.

(II) To direct the respondents to refix the pay accordingly w.e.f. 1.1.2013 as per the option and pay the arrear differential salary within a stipulated time. (III) To refix the pension accordingly and pay the arrears. (IV) Allow the application with cost."

Learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 25.08.2014 at Annexure-6 to the Writ Petition before the O.P. No.3, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays that a direction be issued to Opposite Party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the Petitioner.
