01. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 15.12.2021 after the Original Application was transferred upon abolition of the learned State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack.

3. On perusal of the available order-sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that notices were issued on 17.06.2015 and the matter was never taken up/pursued after 09.09.2015.

4. The Original Application was filed in the year 2015 by the petitioner, who was then working as Work Sarkar on Daily Wage basis in the office of Panchayat Samiti, Astaranga Block, Dist-Puri for regularization of his services.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no up-to-date instruction from the petitioner to pursue the matter at present.

6. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that he does not have up-to-date instruction regarding the present status of engagement/service of the petitioner.

7. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of due to lack of up-to-date instructions from the petitioner to pursue the matter at present granting liberty to revive the same within sixty days for any surviving cause of action.
