Mr. S.N. Pattnaik, learned Addl. Government Advocate contended that if the Disciplinary Proceeding No.258 dated 16.01.2002 has not yet been completed, direction may be given to conclude the same within a stipulated time.

In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition stands disposed of directing the Authority if Disciplinary Proceeding No.258 dated 16.01.2002 initiated against the Petitioner has not been concluded, the same shall be concluded within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this Order, if the same has not yet been concluded.
