This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No.1284 (C) of 2015 was filed before the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAC) No.1284 of 2015.

Aggrieved by letter of Assistant District Medical Officer (fw/lmm), Nabarangpur dated 31.03.2015, whereby cancellation of GPF account numbers in respect of employees working under contractual basis prior to 01.01.2005 and regularized after 01.01.2005, the Petitioner has approached the Odisha Administrative Tribunal with a prayer to quash the same and declare the Petitioner as deemed to have been continuing from the date of contractual engagement so that she would be entitled to benefit under the Odisha Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1992.

At the time of hearing, Mr. Dhal, learned counsel for the Petitioner filed a memo in Court today seeking permission

// 2 // to withdraw the writ petition as no cause of action survives. The memo be kept on record.

In view of such memo and submission made by Mr. Dhal, learned counsel for the Petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
