This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard Mr. P.P. Parida, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners and Mr. S. Rath, learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the State-Opposite Parties.

The Petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to Opposite Parties to dispose of their applications dated 10.10.2022, 12.10.2022 and 14.10.2022 under Annexure-4 series for release of compensation amount in their favour within a stipulated period.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners states that the Petitioners have already made representation before the Opposite Party No.2 vide Annexure-4 series, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned Additional Standing Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation filed by the
Petitioners vide Annexure-4 series and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
