This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the charge sheet under Annexure-1. 3.

It appears that defects, as pointed out by the Stamp Reporter, have not been removed.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks adjournment of the matter to remove the defect.

I am inclined to adjourn the matter further, since it is a case of the year 2011.

Hence, the CRLMC stands dismissed.
