This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.
Order No 2.
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the following reliefs.
"(a) Necessary order / orders, be passed so as to count the entire length of service i.e. w.e.f 23.12.89 towards seniority and to give appropriate placement in the gradation list following the principles of law as laid down by the Hon'ble High Court in its judgment dated 23.12.2011 passed in W.P.(C) No.14979 / 2010 and a batch of cases confirmed by the Hon'ble Apex Court vide order dated 2.7.2012 passed in SLP No.9054 / 2012 within a stipulated time.
(b) Necessary direction / directions be made declaring the applicant is entitled to all service benefits from the initial date of joining i.e. 23.12.89 for all purpose.
(c) Or in alternative, any other direction / directions be made so as to give complete relief to the applicant as deemed fit and proper by this Hon'ble Tribunal".

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.1 seeking redressal of his grievance as made in the representation dated 22.11.2012 under Annexure-7 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
