This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Order No 2.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(i) necessary direction be made to the respondents to consider the case of the applicant for promotion to Matric C.T. Post and he may be promoted to work against C.T.

Post with effect from the date his juniors have got promotion to such post with all consequential benefits.

(ii) any other order / orders or direction / directions be issued so as to give complete relief to the applicant".

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the Opp. Party No.3 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three weeks hence. 5.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opp. Party No.3 shall do well to take a lawful decision within a period of three months from the date of

// 2 // receipt of such representation. The order so passed by the Opp. Party No.3 be communicated to the petitioner. 6.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
