This is an Application for readmission of the Second Appeal i.e. RSA No.89 of 2013, which has been dismissed for default on 28.09.2022. Copy of the restoration application have been served upon learned Counsel who were appearing on behalf of the Respondent Nos.1 to 5, a memo to that effect has also been filed in Court today, which is taken on record. 3.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner (Appellant). 4.

Considering the submission made and on going through the averments taken in the petition as well as the earlier order. The prayer for readmission of the Second Appeal is allowed. The Second Appeal i.e. R.S.A. No.89 of 2013 is readmitted.
