1. Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. Order No.

By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks grant of bail under Section 438, Cr.P.C. in apprehension of arrest for his alleged involvement in the offence under Sections 120-B/379/411, I.P.C. and Section 21 of the M.M.D.R. Act, in connection with Colliery P.S. Case No.542 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.2500 of 2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Talcher.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks an adjournment.

4. Having regard to the fact that the learned counsel for the State is ready with the Case Diary and the records reveal that the present Petitioner is having 13 number of criminal antecedents of similar nature to his credit, this Court is not inclined to admit the Petitioner to bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected and the ABLAPL stands dismissed.
