1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The applicant-petitioner had filed the original application before the State Administrative Tribunal, Odisha, Bhubaneswar, which has been transferred to this Court.

3. The petitioner was selected as a Primary School Teacher in a Primary School pursuant to a resolution dated 12.03.1996 and have been continuing as such since 15.01.1999. Now, he has completed 15 years of service.

4. The petitioner challenges the action of the opposite party No.1 in issuing an order dated 19.08.2014 for a fresh selection for recruitment of Primary School Teacher as against the post in which the applicant was continuing.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions in the matter and the writ petition be disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, if any cause of action survives.

6. In view of such submission, the WPC (OA) is disposed of for want of instructions. Liberty is granted as aforesaid. (S.K. Panigrahi) Judge pcd
