1. The Petitioners' representation dated 25th March, 2022 (Annexure11 series) shall be examined by the District Magistrate-cumCollector, Puri (Opposite Party No.4) and after issuing notice to the Petitioner as well as the Opposite Party No.9 to 33 and giving them a hearing, the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Puri (Opposite Party No.4) shall pass a reasoned order thereon not later than 7th March, 2023 and a copy of such order shall be made available to the parties within a week thereafter. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
