This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 3.

The petitioner, in this CRLMP, seeks a direction to the opposite parties more particularly the opposite party no.4 to immediate arrest the accused persons with proper reinvestigation the matter in connection with Fategarh P.S. Case No.125 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.115 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after registration of Fategarh P.S. Case No.125 of 2021, the IIC, Fategarh Police Station is not investigating the matter properly.

In such view of the matter, this Court directs the petitioner to approach the IIC, Fategarh Police Station. In the event, such a motion is made, the said IIC is directed to consider the same within a period of fifteen days from the presentation of a copy of this order.

The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.
