It is submitted by Ms. Nayak, learned counsel that since Mr. S.N. Pattnaik, learned Counsel has been empanelled as Addl. Govt. Advocate, he has transferred his power and she may be permitted to submit on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

It is submitted that the matter pertains to challenge to an order of transfer and it is very fairly submitted that by efflux of time, the matter has been rendered infructuous. 4.

Learned Govt. Advocate, OAT submits that as the order of transfer dated 07.05.2014 is under challenge, nothing would survive at present for adjudication before this Court. 5.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of.
