1. This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail.

2. Heard Mr. S.C. Atabudhi, learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as Mr. A. Rath, learned A.S.C. for the State-Opposite Party.

3. It reveals that the prayer for anticipatory bail of the Petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court in ABLAPL No.529 of 2021.
