Order No.

1. The petitioner is a defaulter of a loan account where the outstanding liabilities stated to be more than Rs.35,00,000/- as on today, for which her mortgaged property was put for e-auction sale on 31st October,2022.

2. The sale notice dated 29th September,2022, fixing the e-auction of mortgaged property for 31st October,2022 is the subject matter of challenge in the instant petition.

3. At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the Bank submits that the present writ petition has become infructuous in view of the auction fixed for the aforesaid date having failed for lack of any intending bidders.

4. In response, learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that the present writ petition has become infructuous.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
