The Present Writ Petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the upper age limit as fixed in the advertisement dated 06.08.2016.

Since there is no interim order in favour of the Petitioner and it is submitted by Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Commission that the process of selection has already been completed, the prayer made in the Writ Petition cannot be allowed. 5.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
