This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 26th August, 2022 (Annexure-6) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Baripada in Civil Proceeding No.15 of 2019, whereby an application to stay further proceeding of the Civil Proceeding has been rejected.

Mr. Kejariwal, learned counsel for the Petitioner produces a copy of the judgment dated 4th November, 2022 passed in Civil Proceeding No.15 of 2019 and submits that civil proceeding has already been disposed of. Hence, this writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
