2. Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the following relief.

"A. And considering the facts and grounds stated above may allow this Original application with a direction directing the Respondents to give promotion to the applicant as vetenary Surgeon from Vetenary Technician according to his seniority with all service benefits from the date of his juniors got promoted as V.S.

B. And the seniority of the applicant may be treated as per the gradation list and he may be given promotion forthwith."

Taking into account the nature of claim made in the Writ Petition, the Petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation before Opp. party No.2 within a period of three weeks from today.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.2 in accordance with law within a

// 2 // period of the three months from the date of filing of such representation. The order so passed by Opp. Party No.2 be communicated to the Petitioner within that time. 6.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
